I have been hearing various bits of information lately about sea salt, regular salt and celtic sea salt. It has all been pretty confusing, and I have just chalked it up to the "stuff I don't really understand" category. That is until I came across this post explaining the differences between real sea salt and table salt. Read it yourself, and you will have the same "ah-ha" moment I did. (Don't you just love those?)
