We are in a go, go, go world. If you want more, do more, if you are not happy with your life, do more, if you feel overwhelmed, do something to fix it. The problem is that we don't relax very well. Did you know that your stress may be having a larger affect on you than you thought? You can't just simply hit the gym for a hour and work off all the stress, (although it does help).
